With Grace being so busy with school starting I am going to throw a blog post up. We took some super cute pictures of Darcy the last couple of weeks and I wanted to share.



There are some perks to mom having a special classroom. This is a picture of Darcy in her mom's swing at school. She loves to be pushed around and entertained by me while her Mom works hard planning lessons and doing work around her classroom.

This weekend Darcy went to her friend Paxton's birthday party. He gave her a rattle in her goodie bag. At first Darcy didn't think much of it, but soon she realized that she could shake it and make noise. Now she is a big fan. She will go from using it as a rattle, to treating it like an ice cream cone, back to a rattle again. It’s tough to beat a toy this fun.

The next two are bath pics. Darcy loves the bath tub. I had to get a couple of shots, she smiles so much when she splashes herself (and her dad)

Darcy is so happy to have an audience. Her mom and dad both bathed her tonight.

Cowboys Game

Last week we got to go to the Dallas Cowboy's preseason game. I had never been to the new stadium. I must say I was amazed, that stadium is huge and fancy! I am hoping for a good football season this year. There is not much better than watching the Cowboys on a Sunday afternoon. Don't let us down this year boys! A big thanks to my amazing father-in-law, Alvin for inviting us to the game!

I can't believe my baby girl is now six months old, it is going so fast! She is looking more and more like a little girl and less like a baby. She is so sweet and we are enjoying every moment we have with her!

Ready for Basketbell Season!

I asked Lee to get Darcy dressed the other day and this is what he put her in. I said "She can't wear that she looks like a boy!" Lee replied "Its okay just stick a bow on her." I have to admit she looked pretty cute in her Dallas Mavericks gear. She will be ready for basketball season!

Dressed up for Church

I absolutely love getting Darcy dressed up for church. She has some of the cutest dresses and she always has a bow to match. Here are some cute shots of her before leaving for church.

Chick-Fila has national cow day every year and if you dress up like a cow you get a free meal. Due to my love of Chick-Fila and all things free we decided to dress up and go. It was a lot of fun. I whole heartily endorse the new spicy chicken sandwich it is amazing!

Fourth of July!

For the night of the 4th we went over to my Grandma Jean's and Grandpa Bob's. We ate burgers then swim and finished the night off with some cake, it was a great time! Darcy loved playing with her cousins!
